Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. The License
When you buy KitBridge, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of KitBridge on one personal computer at a time, for your own use — personal, commercial, or otherwise.
One license = one machine. Your license key is bound to your machine when you activate. To move it to a new machine, email info@mixfolio.app and we'll release it.
2. What You Pay
KitBridge is sold as a one-time payment. There's no subscription, no recurring fee, no upsell. You own your version forever.
Updates within the v1.x line are free. A future v2.0 release may be a paid upgrade, but you're never forced to upgrade — your v1.x license keeps working.
3. Refunds
All sales are final. KitBridge is digital software delivered immediately after purchase. We do not offer refunds.
If KitBridge isn't working for you, email info@mixfolio.app and we'll do everything reasonable to resolve it — that's our commitment in place of a refund policy.
4. What You Can't Do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use KitBridge to redistribute Native Instruments' sample content that you don't own
- Circumvent license activation or machine-binding
Any of the above terminates your license without refund.
5. Sample Content & Third Parties
KitBridge converts your existing Native Instruments Expansions library into MPC Sample projects. It does not include or distribute any NI sample content — you must own a legal NI Expansions license for any content KitBridge processes.
KitBridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Native Instruments GmbH or Akai Professional. “Native Instruments”, “Maschine”, “MPC”, and “Akai” are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. No Warranty
KitBridge is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee compatibility with every NI Expansion, every MPC firmware version, or every workflow.
We test thoroughly, but software has edge cases. If you hit one, tell us — we'll fix it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will MixFolio LLC or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of KitBridge. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of KitBridge after a change means you accept the new terms.
