Privacy Policy

KitBridge is a desktop app. It does not track you, profile you, send analytics, or share your data with third parties. The only data we collect is the minimum required to deliver your license and bind it to your machine.

At purchase:

• Your email address (so we can deliver your license key)
• Payment details (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card)

At license activation:

• A machine identifier derived from your computer's hardware (used only to bind your license to one machine and prevent sharing)
• Activation timestamp

What we don't collect:

• What kits you convert
• What sample content is in your NI Expansions library
• Where you save MPC projects
• How often you use the app
• Any telemetry or usage analytics

• Email: to send your license key after purchase, and to respond if you contact support
• Machine ID: to verify activation and prevent the same license being used on multiple computers
• Payment data: handled by Stripe under their privacy policy

No one, ever, for marketing. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for advertising or list-building.

We use industry-standard third-party service providers to handle payment processing, license storage, email delivery, and file hosting. Each provider only has access to the minimum data required to perform its specific function, and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.

After your first activation, KitBridge runs completely offline. It does not phone home, check in, or send any data after activation. Your library, sample choices, and projects stay 100% on your computer.

You can request:

• A copy of all data we have associated with your email
• Correction of any incorrect data
• Deletion of your data (this will also deactivate your license)
• To opt out of any future communications (we currently send transactional emails only)

We keep license records as long as the license is valid (i.e., as long as you own the software). If you request deletion, we remove your record within 30 days — after which your license can no longer be reactivated.

The KitBridge desktop app uses no cookies. This website (kitbridge.mixfolio.app) uses minimal essential cookies for session handling on the parent MixFolio platform. No third-party tracking, ad networks, or session recording.

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll post the updated policy here with the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
